The Spun Dun is a great way to tie the small BWOs and other mayflies. It's not a new idea or technique, but it's one of the best ways to tie small flies using CDC. This pattern is one of my go-to patterns for picky fish.

Awesome fly Juan. I need to tie some up. I do have a Petitjean tool and have not used it much. This fly should float like a cork. By the way, I had some great success with your brown foam wing emerger on the San Juan. Size 24 and 26 were the ticket. Thanks again. Jerry
