2012 Calendar Giveaway!

This is not just an average calendar.  This is a 2012 Flies on the Wall Calendar.

Julie Sprinkle from Anglers Covey and Julie Sprinkle Studio (www.juliesprinkle.com) approached me last year about doing some drawings of my hopper and I said yes.  This is a product of those drawings.  A 12 month calendar with hand drawn illustrations of sone local favorites like The Hopper Juan, Buggy Hare's Ear, A good Mosquito, Mother's Day Survivor, Jon Klies' Hybrid Hopper, Neil's BWO and Julie's TBH Pheasant Tail.
I will randomly draw 1 winner for this prize.  All you have to do is send an e-mail to hopperjuan@gmail.com and I will pick one winner.  I will accept e-mails until 9:00pm MDT 12/29/11.

Thanks again for following the Hopper Juan Blog and Happy New Year!

Good Luck!

  4. Gee Juan, I have to admit, I quickly jumped the post with visions of scantilly clothed babes with Hopper fly belly button inserts running through my head. That probably makes me a sicko I imagine.

  5. Randy-Yes, this is where I got this calendar from. She also has some cards there with individual prints on them. There may be a few of them left after the Christmas rush. The HJ card has been sold out though.

Gary-I am looking for models to do a 2013 calendar, but I am having trouble finding them. Nobody wants to get pierced with a fish hook in their belly for some reason. I'll let you know if I can find some models .

  7. Did you say that they had blank cards as well? I would like to get some to use for some of my correspondances with other fly anglers. Did they use the same drawings? How can I get them? Will they make more if the current supply is gone? Thanks for sharing, Jerry
