Oh Snap!

It's been a bit tough for me lately getting a blog post up.  I am still without my own computer to use, upload photos, edit and all that good stuff that goes into blogging.  I've had some other issues to deal with as well, such as taking care of my wife.  2 weeks ago, she was headed over to the neighbors house to pick up some free Broncos tickets to the AFC Divisional game.  Outside the house, she slipped on some ice and broke her wrist.  Last week she had surgery and things are getting better by the day.  We go in tomorrow to have the stitches out.
As for tying goes, I am still tying up parachutes and Sparkle/Compara duns.  Later down the road, I'll do a post about tying with hair and choosing hair for these patterns.  I have a lot of ideas in my noggin about future tying posts.  I have some tying to do for the area shops and some custom ties for locals and some flies that are going to get fished in New Zealand.   Stick with me....I'll be back to posting videos and other content after I get my computer fixed.  For now, enjoy a few patterns I tied this weekend and start day dreaming about throwing dries to rising fish in a warm summer breeze.  I've been doing that since November!

    2. The #18 PMD is just tying thread as the body. I see there is a bit of the butts of the hair peeking out.
      Thanks for asking!
